Set up and cooking typically takes 2 hours, followed by 2 hours of serving.
do you offer tasting ?

All of our cooking is done on site, therefore we dont. All of our ingridients are fresh and authentic and we guarantee great tasting tacos.
do you cater for less than 50 ?
No
At the moment our smallest package will be for 50 guest.
Are there any vegan options ?
Yes
All of our packages come with rice and beans, that are cooked without lard and chicken stock. We also offer soyrizo and veggie tacos as an option.
can we keep remainig food ?
Yes.
Everything that is left over will be yours to keep. Please have containers ready for us and dont forget one for the aqua fresca.
how much space do you need ?
6' table & 5' griddle.
Our salsa bar will be a 6' table that should be placed in a shaded area, the griddle will be 5'. They can be placed separate, in a L shape or even across. Cooks will bring a 10x10 canopy that will fit both.
do we need to provide anything ?
No
Plates, linen, table, and utensils are included. Electrical outlets are not required unless you reserve our margarita, churro, or concession machine.
do cooks wear gloves or mask ?
Yes.
Cooks will wear a mask and gloves through out the event.
can we add more Time
Yes
additional time will be added at $35 every 30 mins.
what Do i need for the margarita
Alcohol.
The margarita comes with cups, straws, mix and rim dip. Next day pick up is available for free within 25 miles of Long Beach.
how far do you travel?
25 Miles
Anything over 25 miles will be charged a travel fee. (Typically $2 mile)
can we cancel ?

We allow cancelations up to 1 week before your event for a full refund.
